چکیده
Based on the Stark broadening method and imaging method, electron densities of plasma generated at different pulse frequencies, gap distances inner diameters electrodes are diagnosed. The experimental results indicate that reducing frequency, shortening distance between electrodes, using thinner diameter electrode all in favor enhancing density. With help global model, we perform numerical simulation to explore factors influence variation According simulations results, find reduced discharge volume increase density with frequency. When is reduced, although increased absorbed power both have an effect density, plays a decisive role these two factors. Moreover, can also reduce volume, which benefit obtaining high
